Wondering what the future might look like for your teen?

Wondering what the future might look like for your son or daughter? CLH Developmental Support Services offers programs for youth who are wanting to enhance their skills or expand their social circle!

At CLH DSS we are committed to empowering youth with developmental support needs to make informed decisions and be successful when they leave secondary school by providing options, skills, and a circle of community resources and connections.

CLH DSS offers two programs for youth: Transitional Aged Youth (TAY) and the Summer Teen Camp.

Transitional Age Youth (TAY)

TAY program helps youth and their families map out life after secondary school, identifying the steps to suitably prepare students to be successful as adults.
