COMMUNITY PARTICIPATION SUPPORTS

A Community for Everyone

Community Participation Supports are offered Monday to Friday to individuals living in the Midland, Penetanguishene, Tiny, and Tay area. Supports and services are person-directed with a focus on individual strengths, creating person-centered opportunities for purpose, fostering lifelong connections in the community, learning, and growth opportunities. These supports will be deeply rooted in mutual respect, care, and learning, leading to self-determination, independence, productivity, and equality in all parts of life.

In-Person and Virtual Calendar
A Calendar will be shared with individuals attending the program and living in our Supported Living Homes with in-person and virtual social and recreation events offered Monday to Sunday each week.

MY Day, MY Way Virtual Calendar
Agencies throughout the Simcoe County region have come together to offer virtual programs Monday to Friday. Each day, virtual activities are available for individuals to learn, grow, and expand their social circle.
